H&E Named One of the 2015 Best Places to Work

For the second year in a row, H&E Equipment Services has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Baton Rouge, an award presented by the Greater Baton Rouge Business Report along with the Greater Baton Rouge Society of Human Resource Management and the Best Companies Group.

This survey and awards program was created to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in Baton Rouge while benefiting its economy, workforce, and business. The two-part evaluation process included an assessment of workplace policies, practices, and demographics (25%), as well as a comprehensive survey to measure the overall employee experience (75%).
